In response to the foreclosure crisis affecting Nevada, the state legislature recently created a mediation program that provides homeowners the right and ability to mediate the terms of their mortgage loan before a Lender can foreclose.
The purpose of this Nevada foreclosure mediation program is to bring together the lender and homeowner to see if they can reach an agreement that will allow the homeowner to keep his/her home.
We understand the difficulty that the lender will encounter on having to appear at every mediation hearing. The Lenders Rep will appear on your behalf.
