About Us

Thank you for choosing the Lenders Rep, the leading mediation representation in the State of Nevada.  We represent financial institutions as to their own loan portfolios and in their capacities as servicers for other lenders.  It is an alternative method to help parties resolve disputes by agreement with the help of trained mediators and with our proven track record, we aim for efficient and amicable resolutions.

In Nevada, the program was established as a result of the Assembly Bill 149, passed during the 2009 session of the Legislature.  Its purpose is to address the foreclosure crisis head-on and to help keep Nevada Families in their homes.  This law established a Foreclosure Mediation Program for owner-occupied residential properties that are subject to foreclosure notices formerly known as Notice of Default and Election to Sell filed on or after July 1, 2009.  Since the program's inception in July of 2009; 74,031 notices of default have been filed statewide, 7,915 homeowners who received notices of default have requested mediation and 2,635 mediations have been conducted through April 30, 2010.  It is looking like the State of California will follow suit in January of 2011 as well.

At present, the Lenders Rep provides representation to Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Ocwen and other institutions.  We have acted on behalf of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and are committed to delivering successful outcomes with professionalism and enthusiasm for what we do.  As a trusted extension to our lenders, we attend the mediations on their behalf with one goal in mind: producing positive results that meet their business objectives.
